Terms of Service

By accessing or using ScopeCraft (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at scopecraft.work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Use of the Service by anyone under 16 years of age is not permitted.

ScopeCraft provides an AI-assisted project scoping and estimation tool designed for freelancers, consultants, and small agencies. The Service generates structured project scopes, milestone plans, time estimates, and cost estimates based on the information you provide.

Estimates are indicative only. The outputs produced by the Service are generated by AI and are not a substitute for professional project management or commercial advice. ScopeCraft makes no warranty that any estimate, scope, or recommendation is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular project or client context. You assume full responsibility for how you use, present, or act on any output from the Service.

To access paid features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your credentials and not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@scopecraft.work if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably suspect are involved in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk without prior written consent.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or use the Service in a manner that exceeds normal human usage.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and without notice if we determine you have violated this section.

ScopeCraft offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Team). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

All billing is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain full access to paid features until that date. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a billing period upon cancellation. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You retain full ownership of all project descriptions, inputs, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant ScopeCraft a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

All other aspects of the Service — the ScopeCraft platform, source code, branding, trademarks, and underlying software — remain the exclusive intellectual property of ScopeCraft. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in the Service to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScopeCraft disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for your intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScopeCraft and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ScopeCraft in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the relationship under these Terms at any time. You may close your account via the account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we believe poses a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes to these Terms by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
