Refund Policy

Summary

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment for any new paid subscription. After that initial period, subscriptions are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described below. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Team) for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase — it does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or re-subscriptions after a previous cancellation.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Due to a non-refundable payment processing fee retained by Lemon Squeezy, the refunded amount will be €0.01 less than the amount charged — meaning Pro subscribers receive €38.99 and Team subscribers receive €98.99. We believe in being fully transparent about this limitation.

You can request a refund directly from your billing dashboard within 14 days of payment, or by emailing support@scopecraft.work with the subject line “14-day refund request”. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to paid plan features until that date. We do not pro-rate or issue partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing period upon cancellation.

After cancellation your account automatically reverts to the Free plan when the paid period expires. No further charges will be made.

3. Other Refund Circumstances

Outside the 14-day guarantee, we will consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Accidental or duplicate charge — if you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate payment or a charge made after a cancellation that did not process correctly), contact us within 7 days of the charge.
  • Significant service outage — if the Service was fully unavailable for a documented and substantial portion of a billing period, we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
  • Partial use of the Service during a billing period.
  • Unused AI call quota remaining at the end of a period.
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades mid-cycle (pro-ration is not applied).

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@scopecraft.work with the subject line “Refund request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your ScopeCraft account.
  • The date and amount of the charge you are disputing.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request.

We aim to review all requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. In most cases we can resolve billing issues quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and is not subject to any billing, refunds, or cancellation requirements. You may stop using the Free plan at any time.
